About Us

3452 Women vs WestJet

There's one reason this website exists: transparency. The WestJet Anti-Harassment Guarantee class action has undergone many years of court proceedings, notices and proposed settlement documents, and it can be difficult for class members to understand through the legalese. We're creating a space run by members for members to support each other free of speculation, by referencing publicly available documents we can all verify.

We are flight attendants and class members. Many of us gave our working lives to aviation, some for up to 23 years. This wasn’t a side job. It was our livelihood, our identity, and our community.

What too many of us endured should never be brushed off as “part of the culture”: sexual harassment, racism, retaliation and intimidation for speaking up, and ongoing disrespect in the workplace. The fallout has been brutal. Careers have been derailed or ended, reputations damaged, financial security ripped away, and trust in a safe workplace shattered. Some were pushed out. Some were terminated. Some left with nothing but the cost of surviving.
