If you submit a story, you can request:
- Anonymous posting, or
- A pseudonym/first name, or
- Not posted publicly (for internal review only)
- We may edit stories to remove identifying details, reduce legal risk, or improve safety and readability.
- Limits of anonymity: Even if we remove names, details in a story can sometimes identify someone. Also, if a story is posted publicly, it can be copied, shared, or archived by others outside our control.
- We may decline to publish a story for safety, privacy, or legal reasons.
4) Email newsletter rules (consent + unsubscribe)
- By subscribing, you consent to receive emails from classsupport.info.
- You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in the footer of any newsletter email.
- We do not sell your email address.
- We may use an email service provider to manage lists and send messages.
5) How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including:
- keeping newsletter records while you are subscribed
- managing story submissions and Site content
- maintaining security logs for a reasonable period
You can request deletion of your submission or email address (see Section 10). Some information may still remain in backups for a limited time, or where required by law.
